All refund interactions are managed under the regulatory jurisdiction of KALAKAR-X (registered office: Balongi Gurdwara Road, Near Geetanjli Parlour, Ekta Colony, Balongi, Mohali, Punjab).

Processing Approved Refunds

In case of any refund requests approved by KALAKAR-X, the transaction will be processed and disbursed back to the original source.

It will take exactly 1 business day for the refund to be processed on our end. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the credited funds may reflect in your account within 3-5 bank working days.
