• Assist artists and event organizers in handling, fulfilling, and coordinating bookings.
• Enhance, troubleshoot, and customize customer experience on the Platform.
• Resolve disputes, coordinate cancellations, and address customer complaints.
• Inform you about online and offline offers, upcoming products, services, and platform updates.
• Detect, protect against, and investigate error, fraudulent actions, and other criminal activities.
• Conduct marketing research, analysis, and surveys to understand consumer preferences.

We may share your personal data to facilitate transactions and comply with legal mandates:

• Internal Entities: We share personal data within our group entities, corporate divisions, and affiliates to help detect fraud, provide shared services, and market products unless you explicitly opt-out.

You are responsible for ensuring the protection of login credentials, usernames, and passwords associated with your account.

You have the option to delete your account by visiting your profile settings on our Platform. This action will result in losing all historical information, booking logs, and details related to your account. You may also write directly to our Grievance Officer for account deletion assistance.

Please note that in the event of pending grievances, outstanding claims, pending bookings/shipments, or other services, we may refuse or delay the deletion of the account until the disputes are settled. Once the account is deleted, you will lose all access.

We retain your personal data for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain certain data if we believe it is necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate historical records. We may continue to retain your data in anonymized form for analytical and research purposes.

As a user of our Platform, you possess the following rights:

• The right to access, rectify, and update your personal data directly through the functionalities provided on the Platform profile settings.
• The right to withdraw consent given for processing personal data at any stage, subject to the conditions of Section 8.
• The right to request restrictions or raise grievances regarding our analytical processing practices.

By visiting our Platform or providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of your information on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disclose any personal data relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this policy.

While providing your details, you consent to us (including corporate entities, affiliates, technology partners, lending partners, and marketing channels) contacting you through SMS, instant messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp), calls, and/or email for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

You have the option to withdraw your consent that you have already provided by writing to the Grievance Officer at the contact info provided below. Please mention “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data” in your email subject line. We will verify requests before acting on them. Withdrawal will not be retrospective and will be in accordance with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If consent is withdrawn, we reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of services.
